How a Temp agency functions :
1.) Temp agencies have a pool of candidates who have the ability and willingness to work for temporary openings.
2.) Temp agencies Shortlist relevant candidates and submit them to prospective employers
3.) Candidates selected work for the client in their office but are on the payroll of the Temp agency and get paid on an hourly basis
4.) Employer pays Temp agencies as per the agreement (Candidates hourly wages plus an additional amount to cover the agency’s service fees)
