Can I use the Parsing Agent for existing candidates in my database?

The Parsing Agent works when a resume is parsed. It does not automatically scan or update your entire existing database. To enrich older records, you can reprocess resumes where needed through your normal parsing workflow.

How accurate is the information extracted by the Parsing Agent?

The agent uses the information available in the resume and the description of each custom field to determine what belongs there. Accuracy depends on the quality of the resume and how clearly the field description defines the information you want extracted.
