Yes. Contractors can submit and manage their timesheets through a dedicated contractor portal, while clients can review and approve them through a separate client portal. All timesheet data remains visible to you within the system.

No, Recruit CRM focuses on contractor pay calculation and client billing based on timesheets. While we calculate contractor pay rates and amounts, the actual payroll processing (tax withholding, direct deposits, etc.) should be handled by your dedicated payroll provider. However, approved timesheets and pay amounts can be exported to integrate with your payroll system.
