Job summary:

We're looking for an Assembly Line Worker to build [product type] on our production line. You'll follow work instructions, use hand and power tools, and check your own work so every unit leaves your station to specification. This role suits someone who is steady, careful, and comfortable standing for a full shift.

Assembly line workers keep the line moving and catch defects before they reach customers. Your accuracy and pace directly affect on-time delivery, product quality, and how safely the whole team works.

Key responsibilities:

• Assemble [components, subassemblies, or finished products] by following work instructions, drawings, and build sheets.
• Use hand and power tools, such as torque drivers, pneumatic drills, and rivet guns, to the settings listed on the work instructions.
• Inspect your own work with gauges, calipers, or visual checks and flag defects to the line lead.
• Meet hourly and shift production targets while keeping quality standards.
• Rotate between stations on the line as staffing and schedules require.
• Follow lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and PPE rules under OSHA [or HSE rules (UK), WHS laws (AU), or the OSH Code (India)].
• Record output, scrap, and downtime in [the production log or manufacturing execution system (MES)].
• Keep your station clean and organized using 5S practices.
• Lift and move parts and materials of up to [50] pounds ([23] kg).
• Take part in shift handovers, safety talks, and improvement suggestions.

• High school diploma or GED [or GCSEs, a Year 12 certificate, or a Class 12 pass], or equivalent work experience.
