Job summary:
We're looking for a creative and decisive Director to lead [project type, e.g. films, television episodes, commercials, or stage productions] for [Company name]. You'll shape the creative vision and guide cast and crew from preproduction through final cut.

Key responsibilities:

- Cast actors with casting directors and producers.
- Lead rehearsals and guide actors' performances.
- Direct cast and crew on set to capture each scene as planned.
- Work with the cinematographer, production designer, and costume designer on the visual style.
- Make fast creative decisions to keep shoots on schedule and within budget.
- Guide editors, composers, and sound teams during post-production.
Qualifications: - Degree in film, theater, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
