Job summary:

We're looking for a Licensed Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy at [company name]. The right person holds an active LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar license and uses evidence-based approaches to help clients reach their goals.

Therapists help clients manage mental health conditions, cope with stress, and improve relationships. Effective, consistent care improves client outcomes and builds trust in the practice.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and diagnose mental health conditions using DSM-5-TR criteria.
• Build treatment plans with measurable goals and review them with clients.
• Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy in person and through telehealth.
• Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
• Screen for suicide risk and create safety plans when needed.
• Track progress using standard measures such as the PHQ-9 and GAD-7.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and case managers.
• Write timely progress notes in [SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, or other EHR].
• Follow HIPAA [or local privacy law], 42 CFR Part 2 [if applicable], and state mandated reporting laws.
• Take part in clinical supervision and case consultation.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
