• Unpack and pack luggage and care for clothing, including pressing and shoe care.
• Arrange in-suite dining, table settings, and wine and beverage service.
• Book restaurants, transport, spa treatments, and activities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and concierge teams to fulfill requests.
• Record guest preferences in [the PMS or guest profile system] for future stays.
• Prepare suites or rooms before arrival to agreed standards.
• Support private events, dinners, and special occasions.
• Manage household or suite inventories, such as wine, linens, and amenities.
