Job summary:

We're looking for a licensed Child Psychologist to assess, diagnose, and treat emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns in children and adolescents at [company name]. The right person uses evidence-based therapies and works closely with families, schools, and care teams.

Child Psychologists help young patients build coping skills and do better at home and at school. Early, effective treatment improves long-term outcomes for children and gives families clear direction.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological, developmental, and diagnostic assessments for children and adolescents.
• Diagnose conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and autism spectrum disorder using DSM-5-TR criteria.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies such as CBT, parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), and play therapy.
• Write clear assessment reports with diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
• Build treatment plans with measurable goals and track each child's progress over time.
• Meet with parents and caregivers to share findings and coach them on strategies to use at home.
• Coordinate care with pediatricians, psychiatrists, schools, and IEP or 504 plan teams.
• Provide sessions in person and through telehealth [as needed].
