Job summary:

We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily work on [residential / commercial] construction sites. The right person leads crews and subcontractors, enforces safety rules, and keeps work on schedule and to spec.

The Site Supervisor turns project plans into finished work in the field. Strong site leadership prevents accidents, reduces rework, and helps projects pass inspections and finish on time.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and assign daily and weekly tasks for crews and subcontractors based on the project schedule.
• Run daily toolbox talks and enforce [OSHA or local] safety rules, PPE use, and fall protection on site.
• Check that work matches drawings, specifications, and building codes before inspections.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics to avoid delays.
• Complete daily logs, safety reports, and progress photos in [Procore or company field app].
• Walk the site with inspectors and close out any corrections they raise.
• Identify field conflicts and submit RFIs to the project manager.
• Track labor hours and subcontractor progress against the schedule.
• Investigate and report incidents and near misses, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Manage punch lists and support project closeout and handover.

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
• [X]+ years of construction experience, including [X] years in a supervisory role.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training card [or SSSTS or SMSTS (UK), a White Card and WHS supervisor training (AU), or NEBOSH (India)].
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with Procore, Fieldwire, or similar construction software.
• Valid driver's license.
