Job summary:

We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to run planning, sourcing, and logistics for [our products or business unit]. You'll match supply to demand, manage suppliers and carriers, and keep costs and service levels on target. The right person is analytical, negotiates well, and stays steady when supply changes fast.

Supply chain managers decide whether products reach customers on time and at the right cost. Strong planning and supplier management protect margins, cut stockouts and excess stock, and reduce the risk of disruption.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead monthly sales and operations planning (S&OP) to align demand forecasts, production, and inventory.
• Select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance on cost, quality, and lead time.
• Manage logistics, including carriers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight spend, and delivery performance.
• Set inventory targets with planning and finance to balance service levels and working capital.
• Track supply chain KPIs, such as on-time in-full (OTIF), fill rate, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and cost to serve.
• Build supply risk plans, such as dual sourcing and safety stock, and respond to disruptions and tariff changes.
• Use planning and ERP software, such as SAP IBP, Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder, to run planning cycles.
• Support forced labor and responsible sourcing compliance, such as the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act [or Modern Slavery Act reporting (UK and AU), or local supplier code requirements (India)].
• Manage the supply chain budget and find cost savings.
• Lead and develop planners, buyers, and logistics staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or Engineering.

• Experience running S&OP or demand and supply planning cycles.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
