Job summary:

We're looking for a licensed Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in [residential / commercial / industrial] settings. The right person works to the [National Electrical Code or local wiring rules], follows safety procedures, and troubleshoots problems with care.

Electricians keep buildings powered and safe. Accurate installs and repairs prevent hazards, pass inspections the first time, and keep client projects and operations on schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Read electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications to plan installations.
• Install conduit, wiring, panels, breakers, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
• Bend and run EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit to code.
• Test circuits and equipment with multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in power, lighting, and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical panels, motors, and equipment.
• Follow NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout procedures before working on or near energized equipment.
• Make sure all work meets the current [National Electrical Code (NEC), BS 7671 (UK), or AS/NZS 3000 (AU)] and local codes and passes inspection.
• Install EV chargers, generators, or low-voltage systems when the project requires them.
• Document completed work, materials used, and test results for supervisors and clients.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a registered electrical apprenticeship or trade school program.
• Valid [Journeyman or Master] Electrician license in [State] [or an ECS card (UK) or a state electrical licence (AU or India)].
